Beware the RESORT FEE. Other than that, OK
This place is pretty good. I've used it as a stop over while heading to other destinations a couple of times now, so i haven't made any effort to use their extended facilities. But the rooms are clean and service is adequate. However, i always get frustrated by the extra RESORT FEE. I hate these things. Build it in to the price or don't charge it. I see absolutely not RESORT in the place or services I have used.

Great for family!
I wish we could have stayed longer. I will definitely be staying here again! My kids had a blast and felt "rich" just being there. The arcade room was really easy to use and fun for all ages. Plus, you can't beat free WiFi all over the campus! On a personal note, my daughter left her stuffed animal in the room after we had checked out. I called the hotel not expecting much and they were on it right away! They had the cleaning staff check the room and bring it to the front desk to be mailed to my home. They were amazing!

Beautifully clean ghost town
The hotel was wonderful the staff was great but it was a little bit like a ghost town apparently there’s only things going on in restaurants only open on the weekends

A total disappointment.
First impressions got off to a bad start. The girl at the counter gave us keys to someone else's room. We unlocked the door to find someone else's stuff in the room. Second, the first thing you see when you open the door is the iron and ironing board. Not what I want to see when I'm on vacation...too bad that they ruin the first look into the room. Third, the cooler in the room had to run all night to keep the room cool, but it sounded like a helicopter was landing in my room. It was very loud. Fourth, The TV was not much bigger than a computer monitor. It was a bit of a disappointment. Fifth, I was told a check in that they did not have a breakfast buffet, but that they had pastries and coffee in the lobby until 10:00. When my husband went down to get us some they said, "Oh sorry, on Sunday we have a full brunch buffet but it ended at 9:00." That would have been critical information to get correct at check in...But, I'm sure that it was probably substandard as well. Sixth, the pool was not open. They said it would open later that night, but that never happened. Finally, I know it is a sports themed hotel, but I really don't want to hear the sound of balls being bounced down the halls and in the rooms at all hours of the day and night. Needless to say, we will not stay here ever again.

Get away
It was our tryout to stay here. An ideal place for the family who like sporting activities.
