The woman at the desk was helpful in helping us to arrange our car rental pick up also very helpful and patient in getting our ferry tickets printed. Room was comfortable and clean.Bed was very comfy. The hotel was steps to restaurants and shops. Close to port if catching or arriving by ferry.

Very nice property in a great location very close to the heart. Clean, and modern. Our room (4 people) was quite large with a separate bedroom. Our particular room was quite loud at night until about midnight due to motorcycles blasting down the street (which was otherwise not common for us). Close to the museum (which is amazing), close to the heart of town (also great). We walked up from the port, we probably should have taken a taxi.
