So, I didn't know that the hotel locked its doors at 10PM, otherwise I would never have booked it as my flight was not coming in until 9PM and as the airline put part of my luggage on a later plan, I was later than 10PM and they have a policy to not open the door. So I had to find other accommodation very late at night and no offer of a refund! A very unsatisfactory experience.
