Outstanding Hotel and Location
I go to Cancun several times a year and I never consider staying anywhere but this hotel. It’s within walking distance to a mall with a movie theater and numerous American restaurants and other shopping businesses. The hotel is safe and the pool is outstanding! Santos and Alex are bilingual and go out of their way to accommodate our family. There is a convenient store next door and a pharmacy next door also. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel!

We liked that it was centrally located near the Mall of Americas and many nice restaurants. The staff was very nice and helpful and the hotel was very clean. We like that they had a continental breakfast but it would have been nice to have some fruit instead of just cereal and rolls. The pool was nice and we had it all to ourselves some days. There was a bit of construction going on which interrupted the peacefulness of the hotel and the elevator was broken the last couple of days we were there. Overall we enjoyed staying there and would stay again because the price was reasonable also.

It’s central location in the Downtown district; walking distance to eating and shopping venues is a plus; very reasonable rates and FANTASTIC staff. The “breakfast” is VERY basic: cereal; juice; tasteless pastries and coffee. Overall a great experience. I would encourage my own mother to stay at Hotel Bonampak!
