No response to telephone calls
I cannot really comment cause I never checked in, various phone calls and messages to them remained unanswered (I would arrive late and wanted to make arrangements), so I changed arrangements as I did not want to arrive late AND not have a bed to sleep in. Disappointed that they do not even respond to calls.
