We’ve stayed here before and come back because of the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and great location. Other pluses include a gym, free use of washer and dryer, and a complimentary breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!

I didn’t like the front desk little boy. He was cocky, unprofessional and unfriendly. I asked about a restaurant and he shrugged his shoulders and made a face. Then I does about car rental info he did the same. He was smoking outside while we checked out and I had to go back and ask to get my parking stamped which he could have provided that information from the beginning. I asked for his employee number and he refuse to give it.

A sane choice
Just needed a one night stopover in Cancun. Very comfortable and clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and professional. None of the touristy silliness of other Cancun resort hotels. Didn’t expect much from the chain type restaurants nearby, but actually found a good restaurant across the street, too.

One night stay
e chose to stay here because of the surrounding plaza. Stayed just one night to refresh before heading to our resort the next morning. It was great "David Copperfield" bellhop/bartender etc was wonderful and because of him we had an amazing Mexican meal across the street. The hotel was nicely fitted and very comfortable, the breakfast in the morning was just enough to start our day
