Hotel itself is very nice. The beach is okay but sand very coarse and not for swimming. Food of hotel is very good amongst the entire Lombok. It is far away from anywhere. The closest area Kuta is not worth visiting even for food. The access to the hotel is under construction which is expected to take long. Anyways highly recommend for relaxing trip with family.

The hotel over sold the Garden Pool Villa and give us garden villa instead on the first day. They did compensate us by upgrading the second night to Private pool villa. It was great to get our room upgraded but it is inconvenient to move rooms after one night. Hotels.com should make sure our reservation is met by the hotel.

Wouldn't say it is a "luxury" resort but fine for those who are looking for quite resting time. Important fact is that the resort is far from the down town area and the site itself is quite secluded, so you can't get around the neighborhood or go to any restaurants out of the site. Rooms are a little grubby but okay for the winter price and price private pool was quite nice but I wouldn't recommend the private sasak villa without a pool. It shallow and is hard to walk in because of some sharp sandy things. There were hardly any one swimming the beach so it is mainly for the view and tanning, resting. Food at the hotel restaurant was so-so but the breakfast buffet menu doesn't change a lot so got a bit tired of it after 3 days. Overall, good for the low season price of you plan just to stay at the resort.

This hotel is fine for any surf fanatics wanting to experience the south with an all-inclusive approach. But it lacks character, has a Butlins feel to it, and there are far, far better hotels in the north of the island for the same price. The rooms, though large, lack privacy. The local mosque is very noisy - expect to be woken at 11.30pm ish and 4.30am. The breakfast is lack-lustre, and they are forever running out of food. Sadly this is currently the best hotel in the area, as it is mainly s travellers destination, but not up to standard 4 star hotels. It's fine if you're coming for the surf and not too fussed about your digs but if you want a great hotel, don't come here. We're now in an incredible hotel in the north and wish we'd come here sooner.

Very nice hotel - 4 stars indeed. Choose the villas over the regular rooms for sure. The area is quiet to begin with and the hotel is nestled in an even quieter area of Kuta. Getting around without transportation will be difficult.

Hotel was ok although getting a little run down (not dirty just old). Most staff was very friendly but the food service was hit and miss. They messed up our orders twice and every night pushed the buffet and would be reluctant to let us order from the A La Carte menu. However the food from the menu was generally good and cocktails were great. The buffet was expensive and not as good. The hotel needs more competition so it will raise it's game.
