2/10 Poor

Wouldn’t recommend
Terrible experience. Staff doesn’t speak English, which isn’t their fault but makes communication very tough. They don’t have a lobby or system for keeping reservations, and they couldn’t find our reservation and asked us to pay again. I refused to pay again and walked down the street and easily booked another hostel that was way better. Would not recommend.

For the price paid not recommend at all. No facilities available, e.g. hair dryer, iron, toilet paper. No staff available either. Was waiting long time before someone show up. No English speaking person in the hostel. During the night something was scratching my window. Not sure what was that.

No record of my booking - Avoid this hotel!!!
Rude staff. Shower without water pressure. Given wrong number. Lots of noise from staff children and others. No outlet in room. Avoid this hotel. There are other hotels not listed online. Just walk down the street and ask for prices. They didn't have a computer or phone in the Hostel! they are not checking Hotels and booking, that means that they don't have a record who paid or reservations.

No record of our booking!
I cannot say we enjoyed our stay at this hostal because when we arrived in the packed town on Easter Friday they had no record of our booking and were full. I will be taking this up with Hotels.com when I get home. There was no way to sort this out with the U.K. while we were in the town so that was not helpful.

El hotel no existe
El hotel no existe. Cuando ubiqué el lugar estaba abandonado. La persona que me atendió me dijo que el hotel no opera desde el 2019. Tuve que buscarme otro hotel en ese momento. Muy mala experiencia

I had a reservation for this hostel, but upon arrival at this hostel the front door was closed and locked. I rang the bell several times, once for at least 30 seconds straight, no one showed up. After 5 or so minutes I decided to give up and go to a different hostel.
