Nice place, but they need to up their game
No Wi-Fi, no hot water, no french doors like in the pics. Nice spacious apartment, but no point if you're an international traveler who relies on Wi-Fi or if you like to have a hot shower. Perhaps it was my bad luck that I got a dark, dingy apartment, because the apartments in the photos look very different and much more airy. I was disappointed that the apartment didn't have any french doors or balcony (unlike the photos and the room info online), because I like fresh air and only every book hotels based on the fact that they offer this. The bed is comfortable and the room contains most of the other amenities you'd expect in an apartment. Sadly, I wouldn't stay here again unless they up their game and sort out their Wi-Fi. Which is a pity, because the place has a lot of potential and is located in a prime spot on Long Street.

Best ever Cape Town stay!!!!
The two gentlemen who booked us in (unfortunately we did not get their names), they made our decision to stay absolutely memorable, they were gentle, kind and very accommodating. I am very impressed with their service delivery and with the cleanliness of the hotel. This was a remarkable break for my partner and I and we wish to thank the staff of this establishment for all their kindness.
