Inmejorable ubicación. Gran Staff.
Pros: la ubicacion es excelente. Está a minutos caminando de los principales puntos de interes, y conexion con medios de transporte. A 10 minutos caminando de la central de Oslo. Staff sumamente amable, ayudan en todo y siempre de buen humor y con una sonrisa. (GRACIAS POR SU HOSPITALIDAD! ;) ) Siempre hay alguien presente, lo que nos permitió hacer el check in a las 00 hs. Si bien no tienen restaurante, ofrecen la posibilidad de usar una cocina para preparar tu comida o poder comer allí comida comprada (solo piden a cambio que dejes limpio los elementos que usas. Cuando los huespedes lo hacen, funciona perfecto y encuentras todo ordenado y limpio. Hazlo por favor, para que todos los huespedes lo encuentren como tú lo encontraste!). Tienen laundry a un costo de 20 nok el lavado y 10 nok el secado. Tambien tienen bebidas para comprar. Puedes desayunar allí básico por las mañanas o sino encontraras varias cafeterías en los alrededores. El hotel es silencioso. Buen descanso. Cons: la limpieza es un punto a mejorar. No hacen limpieza diaria. Solo te retiran la basura cada 3 dias y te ofrecen toallas secas. Seria bueno que hagan limpieza al menos cada 2-3 dias. El ascensor se descompone seguido, seria bueno que hagan mantenimiento, ya que hay habitaciones en el 6to piso. Las escaleras tambien necesitan limpieza. Para nosotros es vital la ubicación del hotel para no perder tiempo desplazandonos, por lo que la evaluacion general es muy positiva. Gracias por su atención!

We liked the easy check in/out, great email communication, comfortable beds and light blocking curtains. We did not like stain on one mattress and the fact of sliding shower door being off-track and not safe to use. I notified reception of that.

Terrible hotel, other than the staff and breakfast, I would say this is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. No AC, room looked like a small closet that was transformed into a bedroom. Stayed on the 6th floor, very dangerous, unlocked balcony door, no lock or knob to secure it, led straight out to the roof extremely dangerous for a child or an intoxicated person. All night from around 8pm to after 5am, we heard constant loud music/bass coming from across the street. This must be the norm because no police showed up to control the noise. Loud cars and motorcycles revving through the street. It was terrible sleep, the pillows and blankets we slept on smelled like they had not been changed, like someone left their face grease on them. Disgusting, the only good thing was the staff, very friendly and professional and the breakfast was good.

What I liked most about K7 is the spacious room. We traveled as a family of 3 and the room we got was spacious. For those of you traveling with a car—the hotel does not have on site parking. There was also a community kitchen for guest use. Overall nice stay.

Clean and comfortable, quiet but also convenient location in the heart of the city center, close to the main train station and to bus stops. The elevator was broken during all our 4 nights stays. Breakfast choice quite poor, no eggs sausages, yogurt or bacon, but the coffee and cinnamon rolls were delicious.

Elevator “Out of Order”
Everything was good until your elevstor broke. We were on 6th floor and had to climb up and down which is very exhausting as the floorwe’re at is high. The day we were leaving we have to carry two Large luggage down the stairs to the lobby along the winding stairs and it was dangerous if we slipped a step. Not a good accomodation at this point.
