Great location with super friendly staff
Great location walkable within the city to see major attractions. Very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast and afternoon tea provided was excellent and served by smiley faces which make the stay more special. Quiet area as well with convenience shop across the road. Really appreciated the free taxi to the airport as well. Shower is over a high bath so could be tricky if you cannot step into it. However excellent shower pressure. Could easily stay here again.

The staff was wonderful. We were treated like royalty! We were greeted with tea when we checked in, and because we like the tea so much, they brought more to our room. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the cook made eggs anyway, we wanted them. From the hotel, we could walk to all kinds of restaurants and shopping areas including the big market street.

The hotel location is very convenient to travel around, many food options. The breakfast is nice with variety of options and they change the menu daily. The afternoon tea is also very nice. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive.

Staffs are all friendly and nice. Just need to climb up stairs but staff will help with luggage. Sink design not so good as water will be splashed out if tap is opened too big..
