Highly unimpressed very short visitors
We didn't stay there because 1) they were not expecting us 2) they had no card facility - which hotels.com said they did 3) the place looked nothing like the pictures on the hotel.com 4) we were given a room that had access via a rotten wooden staircase with 2 steps completely broken 5) asked for twin room and received a double bed 6) generally quite dirty 7) Payment/bookings were hand written to be accounted for, very unprofessional and could lead to fraud as no real account system in place 8) Just generally disappointed in the total condition and service received
