Check-in and check-out were terrible. They couldnt find the expedia reservation, finally after 45 minutes they got it sorted out. Then at check-out they went back after i had already paid for the room and tried to increase the room rate. Last time i booked through expedia, several years ago, they couldnt find the reservation and i had to just

Hilton ndjamena
The rooms were very nice spacious comfortable and clean. Food was not all that. Some staff were exceptional. Others didn't know what they were doing. For example wanted to use the spa services and no-one was there. Went to the reception and they were not bothered to find out and accommodate me. There was no follow up either.
Then there is this French general manager i believe. Appeared gloomy and in moods throughout. Rather rude. And only attended to guests who were either white or French.

The place to go when you have to visit N’djamena,beautiful place, very calm and quit, very well impressed by the staff at the mercato Restaurant specially and the food there is delicious,would definetly recommend it

Fine Hotel in N'djamena
A nice hotel which is clean, safe and has a helpful staff. Restaurant is good and the breakfast buffet is excellent. Airport shuttle is available and wifi worked well.

The breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful. Dinner options include bar a la caeré menu or buffet at the restaurant.
The facilities are very clean and the spa while massage was good it lacked personal attention (I had to wait 10 minutes past my appt time to be checked in... there was no water offered afterwards)
The front desk was very helpful with a billing issue with Expedia and arranged a driver to visit Gaoui and city
