1) The owner Aydin is the most un-trustworthy person who plays games with the guest.
2) He cancelled my reservation a day before I arrived in hotel, by lying that he cannot get authorization from bank of America for my credit card payment.
3) In spite of my bank assuring the payment on my arrival, he told me that he will keep the room for me only if I give him payment in US dollars in cash.
4) Although I paid him cash payment on my arrival at hotel, I did not get room and I was sent to another hotel for one night.
5) Hotel does not have enough bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, blankets, bed sheets, other linen, soaps, shampoo. ONE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT ONE WON'T GET TOMORROW. This is not how one should run only a 10 room hotel.
6) The owner gets business from hotel web sites like Expedia but at the last minute, he screws Expedia and the customers because he does not want to pay credit card fee, commission to Expedia and other charges he must pay to different agencies.
