Was in transit for work so needed a place close to the airport that offered shuttle service!! Reception was great and so very helpful and friendly!! This hotel is older and has had some renovations but they can only do so much!

Alright - 24 hour airport pickup
Room was clean and comfortable even though it’s a bit dated. 24 hour reception and airport collection/drop off is a great service. Restaurant leaves something to be desired. Service was extremely good but food was inedible and very overpriced.

My balanced review
Okay overall. Requested for a microwave but didn't get it even though I specially asked before the stay. Internet passwords (several of them given) didn't work. Staff on duty on the Friday evening of check-in were very non-chalant about it. Didn't get to use the internet through out the stay a result. Would however like to commend the two male staff at the reception on Sunday evening for their outstanding service and the ladies that made up the room (Diane and Mini) for their excellent and over-the-top customer service. They deserve to be recognised for this.

Great room and restaurant, but reception not so
I'd just become a FIFO worker (Fly in - Fly out) and I live in Mandurah, which is quite a distance from Perth Airport, so I wanted to get a night's rest close to the airport. The room exceeded expectations as did the restaurant (top marks to the staff they were great). Only grumble was the reception desk person (a bit curt) and how far my room was from reception with no assistance offered with luggage (approx 27kgs). I'm strong, but resented lugging three bags that far without an offer of assistance: the minesite I work at would not permit me to carry bags that far (health and safety issue).
