Best Hotel
The Big Cypress lodge was easily the best the hotel my wife or I have ever stayed at. All of the staff was very friendly and service was quick. The rooms were stunning and the mattress was beyond comfortable and the shower was phenomenal. We will definitely be back

Interesting hotel with rooms overlooking the interior shops. The room was very well done and comfortable. Electric fireplace was a nice touch. Great views from the restaurant.

Frustrated
Everything in the hotel was closed due to COVID. Well not everything. Aplerantlt it’s ok for you to get a massage at the spa but not go bowling. The restaurant uncle bucks fish bowl is over priced and the food does not warrant the price. The service was also terrible. Very slow during a time where they were at 25% capacity. I’d hate to see what service is like when it’s packed.

Very cool hotel with log cabin style rooms. The walk out balcony was cool that overlooked the entire store. The restaurants were nice and had great selections. would definitely stay here again!!

Great rooms. Location has potential!
Nice rooms. Let us check in early which was nice.. restaurant choice limited a bit. I think due to COVID. Felt a little isolated due to location and the fact your also staying at the store. Would also have liked later late night food options past 10. Although nice rooms and staff not sure I would stay more than 1 day unless some kind of event happening at that location could be fun. Has potential if local area has more options
