I loved this hotel and would stay again! The attention to customer care is unlike I've seen in any other hotel. Attention to detail is what I loved the most. The staff was super friendly! They offer full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! That is great when you have long hair! When I mean Attention to detail, they have 2 toilet paper rolls and they are each placed opposite directions so if you are an over or under person, you are covered. The bathrooms were amazing and I was able to change comfortably, I had plenty of counter space. The shower doors had a bumper, so there wasn't any slamming and the water stayed in the shower. The work desk was set up perfectly. There were plenty of outlets everywhere. The little corner shelf in the room was the most convenient little shelf as I put my purse and key card for easy use. Even the pillows were detailed and had 2 soft and 2 firm pillows embroidered accordingly. I stayed 2 nights and I wanted to stay longer. The room was quiet. I stayed close to the elevator. The elevator is loud, like hospital loud, but I didn't notice it when I was in my room. I didn't hear slamming of doors or noise in the hotel when I was in my room. My suitcase broke while I was there and after purchasing a new one, they even allowed me to throw my broken one in their dumpster. I loved it and I hope I find myself there again one day!

Planned a quick day trip with the family to see DuPont falls! The hotel was perfect and clean. Stand up shower was pretty and check in and out was easy! We would definitely stay here again!
