Could have done better
For a 4-star I was expecting the room to be in a better state, it definitely needs some maintenance … not every year 😖 Also, there were flies at breakfast, picky receptionist at checkout giving long my excuses and not even trying to be understandable, I had to pay for late checkout even though to only stayed an extra hour. Definitely not recommending it and staying there again.

Lovely stay, great service
Lovely hotel in a nice area of Brussels about 10 minutes walk to the central area. Sablon itself has nice shops, cafes and bars a minute or so stroll away. Staff were all really friendly and helpful, continental breakfast was lovely and the jacuzzi pool and sauna were great. Room was nice enough.
