They have 3-4 small hotels next to each other. Showing in the pics the best one while in reality you can get the very bad one (what happened to us) The bad hotel in on the main road, rooms are literally 2 meters from the reception so always noisy and supper small rooms. in addition to get from the hotel to breakfast/pool you need to walk on the street as it is in another hotel They need to be honest and to separate those hotels in different levels and price When we complained they were not surprised so i guess it was not the fist time in overall we were very disappointed

Not quite 4 star. Level set expectations.
My taxi driver originally took me to the “Retreat” portion of the resort which I was then told that I’m in the Villas which were there doors down. I could hardly consider this a 4 star resort. The layout of the hotel rooms was not well thought out, the bathroom fixtures were falling off the walls and the tiles were cracked. The ground floor window looking out looks into the parking lot which I couldn’t open the curtains because of privacy. The service attentiveness seemed to downgrade when they found out I was in the “villas”.
