The hotel has a good rating , yet it was not up to it. The location is great, few steps from Istiklal street , and two metro stations. The building is old, they are trying to keep the authenticity, yet it was not taken care of properly, my room's curtens were hanging loose, there was a horrible smell in the bathroom. Even the towels were not cleaned properly. I don't think i would be back there, and i don't recommand it.

The location was a narrow squeeze, since the street did not allow parking outside the hotel entrance. Luggage removal from/to taxi, meant, holding up the traffic behind your vehicle. The room could use a chair instead of a stool. Electric Power sockets to charge cell/laptops, were in hard to reach places. The room temp, was controlled by the front desk, so even though there was a thermostat looking device in the room, one had to request the front desk, to turn up the AC.

Great location, but very noisy. Small rooms. Shower wasn't cleaned well because there was hair in it. Also didn't drain properly so I was standing in an inch of water while showering. Room had a bad smell. Staff were kind and helpful.

INCREDIBLE STAY!
First of all, the staff at this hotel is amazing! We were given coffee upon arrival from the coffee shop next door. We felt so welcome. We were also upgraded. The room is beautiful and spacious. The WiFi and the A/C work great. The location of the hotel is spectacular. It is walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We cannot wait to come back and stay!

Hotel bien situé sur taksim a un prix raisonnable. Située sur une ruelle calme ... évitez actuellement le 5 eme etages en travaux des 6h du matin... petit sans croissant ?! Le + une pharmacie accolée a l'entrée.... excellent en sachant que les pharmacies ferment 18 ?! Excellent pour petit budget bien situé pour les fetards...

Müşterisini kesinlikle umursamayan otel
Kesinlikle rezil bir otel, sorunlara karşı yardımcı olmuyorlar. 3 gün konakladığımız otelde, 2 gün klimasız uyumak zorunda kaldık bunu çözmelerini söylememize rağmen. Odamızı dahi değiştirmediler. Çözüm olarak camı açmamızı söylediler. İstiklal caddesindeyiz ve camı aç diyorlar. Sinirli bir şekilde konuşunca bir anda çözdüler. Odalar çok küçük, ve havasız. Bir ara sular dahi yoktu. Telafi için de birşey yapmadılar. Bizim uçağımız gereği akşam 9 da check out olmamız gerekiyordu. Hatanıza karşılık jestiniz olsun, ücret almayın dedik. Buna rağmen 1 gecelik ekstra ücret ödedik.

일정이 변경돼서 급하게 예약했는데 호텔측에서 공항 셔틀 예약, 체크인, 체크아웃까지 너무나 친절하게 도와줬습니다. 위치도 이스티클랄 거리와 가까워서 좋았구요
