Although stated all non smoking room, but the room is with smoking smell, staff said will get housekeeping to spray but no one come. Anyhow, i felt the hotel is not strict to check and ensure guest is smoking - need to improve / impose penalty. Pillow is not comfortable, overall is still fine.

Everything is OK except breakfast.
The breakfast is not amazing but acceptable. Maybe because of RMCO so no buffet is served. Need to order from the stuffs but always forgot what are weve ordered.

Clean an quite. Fair price and there is few shop around the hotel. And actually this is my 2nd time stay at this hotel. The only thing is between RMCO the hotel swimming pool is not available yet.

Overall it was fine. Price increase probably due to Chinese New Year. Strange thing was it is Chinese New Year but the hotel do not accept bookings for two persons in their Chinese Restaurant on both CNY eve and 1st day CNY

Made two reservations for this hotel. 1st was a 3 nighter which was suppose to include b/fast and another additional 1 night w/out b/fast. Upon checking in, I was informed that my reservations was w/out b/fast and since I was in a rush, I did not look into this further though I did make a mental note to check my reservations email for more info. However, with toddlers in hand, it never occurred to me to looked into this as the hotel wifi connection was also disabled after the 1st night. Only after the trip, I checked the details and disappointingly found that I had paid for rooms with b/fast but did not utilize this.

Big rooms and good food around, family.
Big rooms, the delicious Prawn Soup Noodle during breakfast is a must try if available. The food prepared by Chinese Restaurant is decent and surprisingly cheap in comparison to other larger town, judging for its convenience for hotel guess and set up. Good parking space. Slightly quiet although during CNY festival.
