Exceptional
Excellent and comfortable hotel
The hotel is excellent except the location is not close to metro, about 10-15 minutes walk under the hot sun and heat is quite intolerable. The hotel free shuttle goes to almost all tourist attractions but you have to allow yourself about 40 minutes for the shuttle to pick up passengers from several hotels before arriving to the destination.

Worst hotel ever
Hotel disappointed from the start, every day we have to ask for things not done in the rooms, we complaint but nothing was done to correct issues, food was terrible we even got sick on last day of trip. Pool was to cold to enjoy.

Hot and No Cold
Our first two nights, the wi-fi was not working and we have to go down in order for us to be connected and also the showers does not have a cold water to balance out the hot and cold. But overall, the room is very comfortable and the staff are very approachable.
