The botanical gardens and the warm feeling you get while you are on the property.
Everything was enjoyable and very charming. We stay in Sea Biscuit two night and Hidden 1 night. Hidden doesn't have guest bathroom, but they have huge living room, dining room and backyard there. If you have people coming over they will have to use master or guest bathroom located inside the room.
Spacious cottage. walking distance to many popular spots. parking was somewhat tough, but its La Jolla
Great location and property. WiFi was in and out the majority of the time though which was a challenge since it also was a dead zone for our cell Phone (AT&T)
Absolutely magical little place. I’ll be back.
Beautiful property. Enjoyed the stay and grilled with friends on private patio. Close to beach and in town. Great walking area. Will return for sure.
This was a charming property and clean. There were a few glitches at the beginning in terms of unit assigned and the property working on the water pipes. We were without water the first night but it got resolved quickly the next day with no further issues. The manager was very accommodating as was the main property overseer. The setting was quaint and fairly quiet though at first there were workmen nearby. That only happened once. The room was comfortable and had good bedding and bathroom towels and supplies. They even had beach towels and robes you could use. It was a quick walk to the coastline. Calls can tend to get dropped in that area even with Wifi usage. Parking is sometimes at a premium. I would return because they went out of their way to make up for the first night issues concerning water turned off. They gave us a full refund. You cannot beat that.
This was a wonderful place to stay. It has beautiful pathways to the cottages. In the future we will consider staying again.
Our cottage "Wisteria" was very cosy and comfy. We loved to sit in the living room with a glass of wine. Outside they have a wonderful luscious garden and places to sit. The cottages have thin walls, they date from 1915, luckily, most of the time the neighbors were quiet. We loved that there was no AC! It´s a short walk to the beach, across a very small street and through a small pathway. The cottage was not directly at the beach and had no sea view, but was close, about 300-400 m to walk. We loved it there. The cottage is not cheap, but we won´t forget our wonderful stay. People working there were friendly.
beautiful location in La Jolla. Close to beach, restaurants etc. Very quiet and numerous green areas to enjoy on the property
