Even though it was advertised on their listing that the minimum check in age is 18, they will receive entry if you are under 25. The company will then refer you back to Hotels.com and not pick up the phone when Hotels.com tries to communicate with them.

We were in flat 5 Nice apartment plenty of space and good size bedrooms. Everthing you would need if staying for few days or longer Some areas a bit tired like no handle on bedroom door and it didn’t close properly not a problem for us but maybe for some Bedding nice and clean and fresh Lift not working, again not a problem for us we were or 3rd floor but someone not so able or someone with a pushchair Overall nice place would use again

Apartments were grand not too far from city centre. Could do with being updated, the heating never worked even know we followed instructions but there were electric heaters which we used. We were given codes to get through each door which all worked without any issue main door into alley was stiff requires force to push open lifts out of order but we were on 1st floor so didn't matter to us.

The check in was a challenge! I had to anxiously email them just before I arrive to know how to get in! The panel heaters weren’t working and despite my multiple communication over the course of my 5 nights stay there was no resolution. They did have some electric heaters in the rooms. The furnitures and appliances were all worn out! Half the light bulbs were blown and there was barely any water pressure at the shower head! I get everything was basically supplied for the mere tick boxing and not actually properly functional.

Really pleasant stay, really nice apartment had everything we needed. Great views with just a 5/10 minute walk to the city centre. The lift was out of order during our stay so we had to use the stairs to reach the fourth floor which wasn’t a problem for us but could be an issue for other guests who don’t manage stairs too well. Would definitely stay again 😊

Shopping weekend
We were on the 4th and 5th floors and the lift was out of order. The light in the turret room in flat 7 was lovely to look at but useless as a light, we all had to get ready in the other bedroom because it was do dark at night. The showers in flat 9 wouldn’t heat up but the flats were clean and in a good location.

We got to Glasgow in the afternoon. I put in the code we had been given and we got in every door. We also had our required ID with us. The maid was next door to us and our apartment door was still open and she said we could go in. We were really happy with the apartment and were excited to stay. Bits of rice on sofa was only unclean thing. It was great apart from that. We went out early evening and got back just after 11. We tried putting code in outer wooden door. It wouldn’t work. We also discovered that this door was coming away from the surrounding wall. I tried every number I had for the company including the emergency number which I left 3 messages on (giff gaff answering machine). I also sent a message via this site saying we were locked out. We ended up flagging down a police van about 1am. They checked round the back of the building for any other entrance and said we could quote them in saying it was a fire hazard. The police who were absolutely amazing ended up finding us a hotel, The nearest Premier Inn who were amazing. They could see how tired, cold and sore we were so gave my mum, dad and I a lovely big family room so that we could at least get a few hours sleep (all our stuff was still at the apartment). They also gave us a free breakfast which was well needed by this point. My 70 year old dad decided to let my mum and I get the bus back home and he went to get our stuff as we knew the cafe attached to the apartments would be open. Long story but still no
