Disappointed !
I've stayed in Pearl Continental Karachi, Bhurban, Lahore and Rawalpindi multiple times but never had to face such a worn-out situation. The room was a complete disappointment, it wasn't renovated for a long while, I know there are other renovated rooms on the same floor, as I stayed there just a week ago! All faucets in the bathroom were rusty. The pillows had a foul smell and the airconditioning wasn't working, when I called for help they send two technicians who spent more time explaining to me that the bed is not in front of the duct that's why I am feeling warm, otherwise ac is perfect! I am extremely disappointed.
