Very good location and friendly staff
The staff was very friendly and they helped us to choose a room that was suitable for us. Also the location is perfect...the hotel is very near the Taksim Square also it has lots of shopping center near. The breakfast was'nt that good we didn't eat at all and the bed was unconfortable. But who wants just to visit Instanbul for pleasure friends ect its the perfect place.

The hotel is old there are some amenities in the room aren’t working like hair dryer, TV and some times air conditioning. I was in a rush so I had to book but overall stuf is friendly.

Good location, near to metro station though you must go up the hill. Good AC Alot of restaurants and shops just nearby. The hotel staff were kind and friendly. Negatives: very small room, their housekeeper was not that good, breakfast time can be a little longer. Room not soundproof.

Hotels uygulamasından 2 yetişkin 1 çocuk(13 yaş) şeklinde rezervasyon yaptırdım. Bir çift kişilik 1 tek kişilik yatak rezervasyon olarak mail adresime geldi. Otele ise 1 çift kişilik rezervasyon düşmüş. Oğlum için ek yatak koyuldu. O da çok rahatsızdı. Bana gelen rezervasyon bilgisi ile otele gelen rezervasyon aynı değildi. Gözümle gördüm. Başka oda olmadığı için küçük odada 3 kişi mecbur konaklama yaptım. Otelin suçu yok. Sorun Hotels. Com uygulamasında. Sistemden nasıl farklı rezervasyon düşer anlam veremedim bilginiz olsun.
