Disappointing stay.
The chalet are nice and rather luxurious, even though the wide angle pictures help a bit more than reality. But there is a big set of issues that we had with our stay. Starting from the difficult check-in (the houses are spread all over the village) and with no proper check in instructions we ended up in at the reception of some hotel to get our keys. The rooms descriptions is also wrong. It is written two queen size bed but in reality there is only one and two singles bed. Careful if travelling as two couples. The personnel do need to step up their English skills (it is an hotel after all) and more importantly, their politeness and visible effort. We had a broken coffee machine that took ages to get replaced only to be told that the extra coffee should be paid (!). Trash was not taken out in front of our home and also the area is still a construction site with many containers lying around the property. For the prices we paid (more than 400€ / night) we would expect a luxurious quality service but we were rather disappointed. Overall, the communication was rather bad and left us frustrated most of the time.

Ubytovanie veľmi prijemné,čisté. Krb a celkové vybavenie apartmánu - skvelé. Raňajky nad očakávanie bohaté... Recepčný /á ochotní a ustretoví :) Nemáme nič, čo by sme mohli okritizovať

Krásne prostredie s množstvom možností ako vyuziť voľný čas. S ubytovaním sme boli veľmi spokojní. Bohaté raňajky, veľmi príjemný personál, čistota a pohodlie, zariadenie vo veľmi dobrom stave, dostatok miest na parkovanie. Skvelé!
