The beds were comfortable, but we ran into a few issues. To begin, there were odd stains on the bench in the room & what appeared to be the remains of a squished bug on the curtain. There was also a great distance between the beds & the TV. When the noisy A/C was on, we had to turn the volume way up on the TV, just to hear some of it. Then, when the A/C would turn off, we had to quickly turn the volume down. (I'm not sure how that affected the room next to us.) Next, the hair dryer didn't work and neither did the hand-held sprayer in the shower. Also, a charge appeared on my card a day or two after our stay, so I called the hotel to ask what it was regarding & I was told it was the room tax, and Hotels.com does not include that in their booking. When I mentioned the trouble I had with the room during that call, they did apologize, but that left me wondering if they would have done anything to make it right while we we there. Overall, I will probably opt for another hotel in the future.
