Horrible unclean stay
This place is horrible. Not only do they not clean the room consistently throughout the stay they have BED BUGS that they are hiding from guests and will swear it’s the guests fault for getting bit at night by the bed bugs. Another couple complained to the same guy about bugs when we arrived and nothing was done and they are telling hotels.com that we never complained when we did. Do not stay here unless you want to experience being eaten alive! There was someone else’s blood on the couch and bedspread and sheets when we got there. I had to repeatedly ask her to clean but she wouldn’t change the comforter on top which was stained. They didn’t even follow protocol for addressing bed bugs because they are hiding this! Also the elevators don’t work, you get stuck in them or fall on the cracks in the floor. They bring the food and ice in mop buckets. Yes mop buckets were used for the ice in the “lemon infused water.” Additionally the unsanitary kitchen in the back had a small bug in there crawling that the cleaning lady had to quickly kill before helping me with the buffet pancake machine. No gloves or hair nets, so there is no telling how clean the food was on the buffet especially coming from the unclean unsanitary kitchen.

Wrong representation on the website.
I was so disappointed about the room that did not stay. I went to another place to stay. The bed was not as comfortable as you would think. Please remove the picture from the website because it is false advertising. The refrigerator was dirty on the outside and the room smelled musty. I want my money back.

I arrived right around midnight and went to the front desk. There was no one there and there was a sign up that said the person at the front desk was away, and I should dial the number 500 on the phone nearby the desk. I dialed that and let it ring and ring. No one picked up. I had to wait for more than 40 minutes and no one ever came to the desk. Expedia refunded my room.

This location is in a poor neighborhood and the condition of the parking lot had run down cars and the inside of the building smelled like weed. The staff was very friendly. We checked in, got to the room and decided that we were not going to stay. The cupboards didn't have doors and the bed was very small. We immediately checked out and found nicer accommodations.

The bed was like sleeping on a brick. There was roaches crawling around. There was hardly any hot water. The shower did not work at all. There was only one pillow and is was flat as a pancake.
