Nice place to stay with family, quiet, big rooms, everything required is available, market in 5-7 min walk, where you can buy almost everything, not far from shopping malls it’s 2 around, only in our room was an issue with drainage

Good clean Hotel
The rooms are big and easily 3 people can stay. There is a kitchen area, with a microwave and fridge. Would have been nice if it also had some crockery and cutlery for some basic cooking. The food at the restaurant is good. The gym is spectacular. Locationwise it is in a an area with restaurants and food shopping close by. İts also not far away from the city center and Metropol mall - 5 to 8 minutes by taxi.

I stayed there 4 years ago and i liked it very much so I decided to book it again. But this time property smells very bad, its very old, it did not have any towels we kept calling reception but still didn't receive any. We checked in late night and checked out the following morning.Not going there again.

I only liked room size. I booked 4 rooms which 3 of 4 had a problem. One had a broken air conditioner, one had a clogged toilet, the third one had a leaking kettle. Communications with staff was another issue, because they only speak Turkish. Even though in Expedia shows 3 languages. neither one of our rooms been vacuumed since checked in. They only put toilet tissue in rooms not regular one. Some of towels were torn and dirty. Based on Expedia, shuttle from hotel to some major areas supposed to be available, but it was not. I asked the front desk but they said no only taxi. I never been charged for ice bucket in any hotel, but was charged here. I saw few times that Turkish residents were yelling at the front desk regarding service. I used Google to see what the problem was. Shampoo and other things in the bathroom looked like to be refilled, instead of using a new one. Overall, I don't recommend this hotel.
