Great hospitality
Their hospitality is really amazing! I’ve stayed this hotel for 18 days and their service is like a family. There are many examples I can explain about how they are nice but the most memorable moment for me was when I left the hotel. I had many suits cases and it was raining outside. Their front desk is located first floor and to go to nearby station I had to go to second floor. I didn’t expect a front desk lady helped me to carry to the exit of second floor of the hotel but she also carried my suites cases to the elevator outside of hotel for me. We both got wet by the rain so I felt so bad to her and I really appreciate what she did for me. Thank you for the heartwarming moment and I will stay the hotel again when I have next chance. Also the location of hotel is very good so if you look for a hotel nearby station, grocery stores and cafes. I recommend you this hotel.

The hotel is very close to train & bus station, shopping mall and parks. The room is sparkling clean & hotel staff are very kind & hospitable. I will definitely promote this hotel to my friends visiting Tsukuba.

Good hotel in Shinagawa area
Reasonably nice Japanese hotel in a great location right next to the Shinagawa train station. Very large hotel with lots of shops and eating options either in the hotel or right outside. Beds are small and less comfortable, but typical for the area. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
