World class
We had the most incredible stay. The staff were amazing. The room was 6 star and the food was outstanding. I must give special mention to Innocent, Ann and Amanda. They made us feel so special. We took our one year old twins with us and we still got to feel like we were I a romantic break. So relaxing and peaceful. Trying to organize a big group of friends to come with us on our next trip there.

Perfect getaway

Great Pressure Break in the South African Bush
An Excellent retreat in the South African bush. Staff were attentive but not intrusive Innocent and his team gave us excellent service. The two romantic meals were brilliant and a nice touch. Jacob provided us with a bush lunch at a beautiful spot for a picnic then left us there on our own for a few hours it is unique We have never experienced this before, the silence was deafening. Even Matilda who serviced our room was first class. We will definitely visit again. Rob&Suna

Entspannter Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage
Das Ressort ist sehr nett angelegt an einem kleinen künstlichen See mit einem beheizten und einem unbeheizten Pool. Die Zimmer sind in Doppelbungalows mit viel Privatssphäre, mit Doppel- und Außendusche und Whirlpool und sehr geräumig. Das Bett war sehr bequem und es gab sehr gute Kopfkissen. Das Zimmer (wir hatten Nr. 8) war sauber, der Service war o.k. Es gibt eine Bar wo Cocktails zu angemessen Preisen gemacht werden. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Es gab am Buffet nur eine kleine Auswahl, dann kann man aber einge Gerichte wie z.B. Omelett aus der Speisekarte wählen. Zum Dinner kann man aus der Speisekarte Vor-, Haupt- und Nachspeise wählen. Die Lodge liegt ca. 15 km außerhalb von Modimole (10 km Straße, 5 km Sandpiste). Wir waren dort für 3 Nächte und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Es war eine ruhige und entspannter Aufenthalt. Da die Lodge auch Hochzeitsfeiern anbietet, kann es natürlich ggf.auch lauter werden. Falls wir wieder in der Gegend von Johannesburg sind, werden wir versuchen wieder einge Tage in der Logde zu verbringen.

Überragende Küche, das Essen phantastisch, sowohl Abendessen als auch Frühstück gehörten für uns in Südafrika zum besten was wir in den letzten Jahren bekommen haben. Toller Kellner. Alle äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu werden. Jederzeit wieder. Zimmer groß mit Terrasse und sehr großem Badezimmer (2 Duschen + große Wanne). Für den Preis richtig toll.
