The place is good and the breakfast is worth to add it, but my room was at the corner next to the lift so it was noisy and I could hear everytime someone comes in and the room was a bit smelly

I booked this hotel on recommendation from someone who had previously stayed here. The hotel room I had was very spacious, clean, a very comfy bed and a decent amount of storage space for one person. The breakfast has a good variety of food, but I did find that the bread was not very good quality and tasted like cardboard! The staff were friendly and helpful. There is also a free service that takes you to the main road, which is helpful. Only thing to be aware of is that where you insert your key card in the room, there is a small button next to it you press to indicate if you want your room to be cleaned or not. If you don't select it, your room doesn't get made up. I discovered this on my first day there! The location is also pretty good, it is away from the main road so it is nice and quiet. The skyrail is only a 10 minute walk. If you are vegan/ vegetarian there is a great restaurant close by called May Veggie Home, that i would suggest going to. Good experience overall, highly recommend staying here.

Professional service by Citadines staff in all areas. Hotel is secure with 24 front desk - security parking officer. Pool (Spa is in renovation) Gym - Sauna. 2 bedroom apartment - washer/dryer - full size fridge/freezer - electric cook top. Would stay again.

Located on a narrow lane. They have 24 hour tuk-tuk to send or pick you to the main road. Room was small but quite comfy. Bathroom door didn't have proper seal so after a shower the floor outside the shower cubicle will be wet. Breakfast was okay. Staffs are friendly. Close to BTS/MRT station and shopping mall.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Check in was a breeze and they also did their best to entertain my request for a room with 2 beds and located at a high floor which made me very happy. We encountered an AC problem during our first day but it was immediately resolved when we informed the front desk. overall a very satisfying stay!
