Really great stay! Had a bit of difficulty finding the front desk with all the plastic safety coverings. The front desk kinda blended in with the breakfast buffet.

I was in town for the AFC Championship game. I stayed two nights, the room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet and only a 15 min ride to Arrowhead Stadium.I would def stay again.

Good
Good place angry desk person
I mistakenly booked a one bed with pull out and then called hotel to see if I could update my daughters stay to a two bed and the desk lady jumped down my throat saying that my daughter never mentioned that there was anything wrong. I booked the room. My daughter had no idea that it was supposed to be two bed. But my other daughter was staying so I wanted two beds. Then she kept going “are you sure you’re going to be happy!? Are you sure?! “. Her tone was not one that matched that she cared and since she jumped down my throat the first time I certainly wasn’t going to push things.
