Primeramente nos asignaron un cuarto que realmente no tenía la limpieza adecuada de un hotel, tanto en el baño como en la carpeta de la habitación. Después nos cambiaron de habitación y el baño estaba sucio con cabellos en el suelo. La reserva fue por 3 personas y solo tenían 2 toallas, ni una mas para la manos o alguna otra necesidad

I booked a sweet deluxe room on Expedia, when I arrived, they told me they did not have available rooms for me, and they gave me a handicap too bed room. So be careful booking on Expedia because they offer you a room and when you arrive they do not have it. I blame Expedia for this problem. Additionally, the fee I paid for the deluxe suite was the same charge when I arrive for a totally different room that I did not need. This was a handicap accessible room which I did not need. Neither did I ask for it. So be careful when booking through Expedia.

The carpet appeared very old and soiled. The bed sheets appeared to be very old. There was no fridge in room. We constantly kept on calling front desk for extra towels, soap, because we always got 2. The breakfast- food was good and service was great.

The Wyndham name has a lot of weight behind it, yet this place is OLD, SMELLS OLD and is in urgent need of renovation. THE PROPERTY has NOTHING to do with the “normal” Wyndham properties and as such was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. It simply is a dump. We were going to extend our stay but after seeing the property of course it was not worth staying even one more night.
