The staff told me that i needed to pay for the room when i checked in (but i have already paid with Expedia). Luckily, there was another staff to check for me. But the 1st staff didnt apologize for it. And the condition inside the toilet is not very nice. I understand that this hotel is a budget one, nothing shall be luxury but it could have been better.
