Expensive but old and dirty rooms. Useless staff.
Very bad location (far from city and other attractions). Charged 2500php for an superior room,that was old, towels were dirty, door knob was broken, bathroom was so dirty. There were still glasses with some drinks inside when we arrived. A lot of suspicious strangers (not hotel guests) just hanging around the rooms. My room was double booked on 1st day so had to find another place to stay. Couldn't get a refund. Hotel manager was always absent. Receptionist kept lying to us. She said she would give us room 110 for the next day, but she gave to some other guest. She said the guest wanted to extend his stay. Not only it is not allowed but it was a lie when we saw his check-in time on the same day.

PA preacher
This was one of the worst stays ever in the Philippines. In fact I paid for two nights but left after the first night and absorbed the loss. The room was infested with cockroaches. While we were gone the next day they entered our room and went through our bags, but never cleaned the room. There were stains on the sheets that had gone all the way through to the matresses. The shower did not work, and bathroom was filthy. The pictures were nothing like the real thing once we got there.

this hotel is suck! when we arrive there is no more room available the bathroom is very dirty the room smell bad and the pool is very dirty staff is very bad cant help. we never sleep at this hotel but we already paid. please give the money back.

Awful!! Falsely advertised!!
This hotel is falsely advertised on Although they have a pool bar and a cafe and a restaurant and 4 pools it is all unusable or unopen all the time. Most of the rooms and the property is abandoned and not available for the public. The room we were given was unclean and i aquired a fungal infection in my lower back. We only ended up staying one night out of 6 that we booked and had to change hotels after the first night at our own cost. The staff told us they have complaints from every customer that are forwarded to the owner and the owner doesn't seem to care. This is the first time we had any problem with hotels booked to this is the first time we've had any problem with hotels booking through Hopefully we will be able to get a money back and that hotel will no longer be part of

The Pools were Nice, Everything else failed
The first problem was the lack of water. No toilet flushing, but they finally turned the water on in our building. Still, there was no working shower in our 2 rooms, and the other 8 rooms. We had a pail and bucket to bathe. There was no internet. There was no television. A staff member told us the cable was out in the entire city. That was not true. I called two other nearby hotels and their cable was operational. The free breakfast was not edible. In our four day stay, they were "out of stock" on coffee. Anticipating that in the unlikely possibility that it would be "cheap" coffee, I brought Starbucks. The problem was that there was no potable hot water. The air conditioning was either "on" or "off"; THERE WERE NO BATTERIES IN THE REMOTE. Hence, all guests were either hot or cold. There were two other parties that just left early. Need I go on?
