Amazing staff
The front desk staff (Carol, Natalie and Wally) were extremely nice and very helpful. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable lodgings with a touch of class.
Very nice place with very welcoming staff. It is like a large Victorian style house. The continental breakfast was top notch with quality food choices.

Montreal hotel feels like being in Europe
After years of staying in corporate Montreal hotels, this gem was a delight, and will be our go to for our visits to Montreal. The desk staff were professional, personable (ran out to check if our car was parked in the right spot) and friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very pleasant stay indeed
Rooms are very nice, staff was very friendly! There was a mix up about the the amenities our room was supposed to include but the staff was more than happy to acommodate us and switch our room. The decor has a nice old world charm. There appeared to be a good selection of wines which we did not take advantage of but is worth mentioning. Whenever we went out whoever was at the front desk always asked what our plans were and told us good places to eat and events that were going on. Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in a hotel with a lot of vintage aesthetic and individual personality!
