It's Not Possible
They have a button on the phones called "Whatever Whenever", but when you call asking for anything it is more like the "It's Not Possible" button. Its not possible to check you in before 4pm (not 3 as indicated), to help with museum tickets, to get a reservation at the hotel restaurant and it definitely wasn't possible to fix the maintenance problems in the room.
The hotel is old, needs maintenance in the rooms, the elevators only work sometimes, there is no lobby to sit in and enjoy a coffee, the people in the front desk are the least friendly I have ever seen in a hotel. I don't know how this is considered 5 stars and I certainly would be embarrassed as Marriott to have this hotel with my name on it.
