2/10 Poor

The room was a cave with no window in the back of the building in an alley. The room looked nothing like advertised. The mattress was like a boxsprings with a piece of cardboard on it. Extremely uncomfortable. In the morning there was no hot water in the shower. We left, and they refused to refund our payment.

4/10 Fair

Convenient area, however breakfast is not free. Water pressure is not good and overall pictures display of the hotel is not the tall building but a 1 level small hotel.

10/10 Exceptional

This place was very good. My second time staying here and I can sincerely say I would stay here next time I come to Guadalajara. The staff treated me excellent and the cleanliness of the room was always great.

2/10 Poor

Good location but the property was in poor shape. The plumbing was very bad (no water pressure), the room was dirty and the beds were old and filthy. The photo of the property is misleading, it's not nearly that nice.

2/10 Poor

No A/C only one was very hot, we had to leave the door open. The room was hotter than outside. The hotel is too old. needs alot of work. Dirty floors, a small tv with 8 local channels no cable channels. No wi-fi . I do not recommend this place to anyone.

8/10 Very good

I loved the rustic look of the room and style of the hotel overall. Bed was comfortable enough. I wouldn’t say it’s a 5 star hotel but the service was very pleasant. The staff was accommodating and had a positive atmosphere. I’d have to say thou, I believe it was the owner that was upset with the employees for some reason and was yelling and I mean, yelling at his employees in front of customers. In my opinion, not very professional and felt bad for the employees. There are restaurants and bars all around the hotel and the employees were very informative about where to go for different foods and such.
