Best hotel in Kolkata.
Amazing hospitality, they went out of their way to make us feel special, we celebrated our daughters 10th birthday. They decorated the rooms, gave us cakes in the room and on breakfast. I have stayed in all the other 5star properties in Kolkata, and I must say JW Marriott has indeed stolen my heart. Will definitely stay here next time I am in Kolkata.

A pleasant surprise to get a fabulous hotel at an economy hotel price. Superb service and courteous staff. Got a great driver for a private trip and airport ride. Location away from the tourist sites. A la carte offered, but buffet not superb.

Stayed here for 8 nights. Really good property (though the views arent much to write about but thats not really what the hotel is about). Great staff and service and the rooms are top notch. My only complaint if I have to have one is that the breakfast got a bit repetitive after a few days. Other 5 star hotels tend to have greater variety but the food was excellent either way
