Worst time ever
Started off bad and just got worse. Had to wait over an hour for clerk to come and check us in. The air conditioner was on 60 but was barely blowing cool air, clerk came to check but it never got any better. Went to bed but was awake by something crawling on my daughter. Got up to turn on light and a roach was crawling on the bed. We saw many more at that time and started killing them with my shoe. It was very disgusting. We left and went to another hotel. Was unable to speak with clerk again because no one was there after midnight. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Take the time to read reviews and never stay at this place.

ROACHES !
This hotel is extremely dirty. They have roaches. The small german roaches. Thsy are everywhere. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Staff will lie and say they dont have but they do have roaches.

Needs to be shut down until the roaches are killed
I got to check in very late. Around midnight. By 3:00am, I was sitting in bed, looking at my phone and a roach climbed on my glasses,running across my lens. It was most unpleasant. Then I started looking around, the room was pretty infested by roaches that were babies to adults. I went to the front desk in the morning to complain and they weren't surprised. I told her what happened exactly. I was asked if I wanted to move to another room. She also said pest control comes weekly??! That doesn't sound true if the roaches were all different ages. I was traveling with my 3 year old grandchild. It was gross and I would never stay here ever. I was then told I needed to try to get my money back from Expedia since that is who I booked through. Uggggh so angry and disgusted!!!

A few things that were bad rate
Needs some updates in kitchen area. No utensils ,plates, or cups or bowls in kitchen. They sell them. There was cockroach in the sink. No soap no shampoo or conditioner. Tub was clogged.

Roaches in bathroom
Didn’t read the reviews and got what I hate the most. There was a roach skin in the towel as I unfolded it after my shower. Then as I brushed my teeth , a small roach came out from behind the mirror. The people upstairs stayed up late and we could hear all the noise. No toiletries, no hair dryer, no iron, pretty much nothing. Looks like it’s a place for people to stay for work. A lot of men in groups. Visit into town for a last minute visit and from the pictures it look decent. Check in was easy. But probably won’t stay here another night
