Not EVER AGAIN
Upon arrival there were 10 people in a small cramped up reception area it is a extended stay hotel so they are rather than instead live there they're making payments the building smelled ridiculous it's not even a smell that you could pinpoint it was just a numerous amount of deplorable smells the staff is very rude they charge for everything extra towels which should be a part of the hotel if it's just an extended stay then they should just be that however I stay for multiple nights upon checking in I found out that the elevator had been broken for a month the washroom the laundry room rather one out of six dryers worth two out of four washing machines work the stairwell because the elevator was broken had urine and blood going all the way from the bottom first floor all the way to the third floor where my room was the toilet was stopped up there was no way to get in touch with anyone and once I did get in touch with someone they had no plungers so I had to purchase a plunger to plunge my room the residents that live there say that the deplorable conditions are a constant they live the workers live on site but they're not downstairs you have to go to a phone to call that everybody has had their hands on there's nothing to spread or wipe it down with to battle or fight covid that is the worst place I've ever stayed in my life and all the years of my life that is the absolute worst place I've ever stayed and I believe it had bed bugs

Pot smoker paradise
Room was filthy.... I bought sheets because the sheets were dirty. I'm guessing the room had not been vacuumed since construction was completed. I will avoid these types of hotels from now on.

Horrible manager.
Manager Roscoe was very rude and has singled myself and mother out several times. I asked for a handicap accessible room due to my mother being in a wheel chair and the room we were given say accessible but microwave is and all storage cabinets are up high bathroom is so small she is unable to get her chair into the bathroom and they gave us a tub vs roll in shower. Spanish front desk host had a nasty attitude while manager was around her but as soon as he walked away she was a lot nicer.

Although I paid for and was on the rental, the woman at the front desk made every excuse in the book why she couldn't give me the room number so I could mail something to my ex-wife. It was early and I didn't want to wake her. I waited, and would be still waiting. Next are the needle drug users in the hallway. Enough said. Third, My ex was told they had to enter the room to fix the air conditioner. She told them no men alone would be allowed in because she has PRSD. Next thing I know a guy went into her room the moment she left to go downstairs. It looks so nice from the photos on Expedia, but it is generally a disrespectful place to be.
