    Family Fun!

    Stayed for five nights and could easily had stayed for longer; lots to do! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Grounds lovely and quiet. Room was very spacious and clean. The mattress wasn’t very comfortable. The cot provided wasn’t great either. You could feel the metal bars through the flimsy mattress. Attempted to pad it with towels. The small bed then provided had a mattress that needs to be thrown away. The springs had gone, dipped in the middle. We were on the ground floor and the patio doors did not lock properly. We had breakfast included. Lots of choice, good quality and friendly staff. Swimming pools good too. Family pool nice and shallow, ideal for little ones. The lazy river was an added bonus. Lots to do at the location. Accommodation included access to Legoland, Legoland Water Park, Bollywood and Motiongate. You could go to each park on each day; lots to do! Not an ideal base if you are wanted to see the rest of Dubai but we knew this and happy with our choice for our young family. If it wasn’t for the mattresses and doors, this accommodation would have been close to 10/10. We’ll definitely have Lapita on our shortlist when we return to the UAE.

    A real disappointment. - Our reservation could not be found on check in - The special touches we were promised were not available (a balloon or similar to celebrate our daughters birthday) - It took hours to get the roll away bed we had requested - The staff we poorly trained and not empowered to do anything - Generally poorly organised with no real care for guests.

    Somewhere in the middle. Don't need more then 2 nights here max. Mixed. Good with the bad. Feels still new but no atmosphere and nothin to do. Park is not that exciting and most stuff is closed due to covid. Overall nice resort. We booked for 7 nights but left early because of following: 1. Not much to do. 2 of the 4 restaurants in the resort are closed. In the Dubai parks most of the things are closed from restaurants and shows and what not. All due to covid. 2. The outlet mall is close by which has some nice deals but outside of Dubai parks there is nothing else to really to do. - Definitely don't need more then 3 or 4 nights here maximum for sure. - Rooms are not bad. Lot of new staff so they make unfortunately some silly mistakes which should get fixed with more training and experience. - Food is average. Nothin to right home about. - The hotel staff are really all trying their level best even with the lack of functionality from the covid restrictions and maybe support from finance department and ownership which is also understandable with tough business environment. Special recognitions: Suraj, Roza, Hawley, Aaswamy, Success. Great job and assets to the company. Really made us feel welcome and supported. - kids pool is heated which is great. Worst performer: the shuttle bus driver from mall to hotel. Long story but complaint was lodged. He is a 3rd party contractor but def not 4/5 star hospitality worthy. Think he needs to transport the bananas and fish from

    Good value for money!

    Only feedback is the music being played in the grounds is played all through the night. This was a real pain for my 3 year old daughter. Aside from that we had an excellent stay.
