Great stay for a great price.
I stayed for about 5 days total, and had no complaints. The staff is really helpful and the rooms are tidy. Location-wise it's super convenient to get to anywhere else in Seoul since the subway and bus stops are right outside.

Too noisy. walls too thin. Noise coming from the next room. Drunk People roaming in the corridors all through the night, Couldn’t sleep at all. Paid hefty cancellation charges and had to move to another hotel.

This Hotel is for Nightlife clubbers -not peaceful
The main reason we booked this hotel was that they state that they offer an airport shuttle service and on arrival they told us that they do not and so we were sold the room under false pretences. On reading the hotel room manual this too stated that they offered an airport shuttle service so when I took this to reception they just stated no we do not offer this. On arrival the room had clearly not been cleaned properly from the previous occupants as water bottles, cellophane wrappers and Soju bottle tops were left lying where they had been dropped and the carpet had not been vacuumed for some time especially along the skirting edges. The lights are controlled from the telephone but the telephone wasn't working so I had to go down to reception to get them to fix this. They refused to activate the AC as they said it was the wrong time of year but the room was so hot and we could not leave the window open due to extremely loud music from all the bars and clubs nearby going on until 05:00am. They mentioned they had several restaurants but all of these were out of the hotel in a separate annex where all the noisy bars and clubs were. All in all an awful end to our holiday!

Great hotel
Excellent hotel in Itaewon. Obvious care has been taken by its hardworking staff to keep the hotel competitive. The hotel still looks modern and fresh, despite its age. The only areas that might become complaints are from its location. Korean electricity is expensive, so the AC seemed to be locked, requiring the window to be opened for cooling during a stay with temperate weather. The other is that, due to its location in the center of Itaewon, music from the clubs can be heard well into the morning. The hotel does offer earplugs, which helped greatly.
