I made a reservation at Travohotel, however, they sent me to iStay (because Travohotel was closed) which is right behind it. I was not notified of the change until I called the day before to confirm. The location was still convenient but the hotel iStay is super old and dusty. My nose itched all the time and you could see the filters coated in dust. I told this to the front desk and they sent me someone to "clean" but this made no difference. The next day I asked for a different room and they gave me a room in the exact same condition, so I just stayed in the old room. They also did not provide but only one water bottle during my whole stay with my sister. So I bottle for two people for 3 days. The hotel is very old, pillows not smelling fresh and very old and dusty furniture. I do not recommend this to anyone.
