8/10 Very good

Very pleasant and relaxing mini vacation
Great location and very comfortable! Pool was great, only one hot tub was available out of two but it was not very busy so it was ok. The first suite had maintenance issues (noise coming from the vents) but we were offered two others to choose from immediately! Polite and kind staff. We appreciated the welcome and Happy Birthday gift for my husband, that was a surprise! I would suggest to at least take out the garbage daily if no other services provided without having to request them. Overall we had a very pleasant and relaxing 5 days vacation and will return.

Just meh
Meh. Room was nice but outdated, balcony was sketchy. Resort overall is nice but pretty expensive to participate in activities and little to do if you don’t.

8/10 Very good

convenient location
The location is awesome, right in the heart of the village. It can get noisy at night, but it is expected with the location. There are very limited parking spaces and there are some very inconsiderate guests who would take up two parking spots with one car, it would be great if the security could actually reach out to the owners to ask them to park properly considering it was the long weekend and extremely busy.

Family stay
Great stay. Only concern we had is that the blanket for the pull out sofa was insufficient

The room was fine, I just think a 24 inch tv is ridiculous in 2022. Also, a smart tv would of been appreciated. Could at least log into your personal Netflix acct.

Not the best stay….
It was an okay stay. I did not like the fact that you had to ask for cleaning during the stay. Our check out was in the morning at 11 am but some one was already coming in around 830ish am. I was still in bed about to get up. For staying for 4 nights paying alot for stay still had to pay 20 per day for parking… should be included with stay. Supposed to be a 4 star hotel. I would say more like a 2. A 3 star if they lucky. You’re clearly paying for the location of hotel not the quality.

Blue Mountain Village needs major reno!
- Room cleanliness - It appeared to be tidy, but the floor was filthy, especially in the bath rooms. I had to clean the floor myself and took a picture of the hair and other filth. (at least 75 to 100 strands of hair on the floor). Some shorter ones in the tub... Resort Pool - Disgusting, got in on the first day, got out within 15 minutes, did not return. You can smell the urine coming off the water. Hair floating everywhere, Band-Aids, dirt accumulating on the bottom etc. Resort Condition - Elevators were slow and old, requires modernization. One Elevator was down most of our stay, took 10 minutes to get a lift. Stairs not a good option as they only went to parking lot.. Other conditions - Aesthetically the hotel is in need of a major face lift! There were tiles cracked, broken, or missing in the lobby and elevator. (Seasons at Blue). Carpets in hallways looked old and dirty. Furniture - awful - couch hard as a rock, Chair was shot, sink into the springs. Beds.. woke up sore both days, old hard mattress, hard pillows, cheap bedding, Nothing about the room was comfortable or luxurious which is what you expect at $600/night for a 2 bedroom suite. AC - was warm when we arrived, set my preferred temp, temp dropped 2 degrees F in 2 days.. Windows - thin you can hear the whole resort party outside your room at night. Good Stuff - Appliances were new and clean. Concierge tried to help offered a small credit and free parking to make up for the room cleanliness.

Nice resort, but expensive.
The stay was amazing, but the service not so good because they don’t clean the rooms daily. They only clean after you leave. The rooms are super expensive, and for that price, You would expect daily cleaning and free parking.
