Nice place but very understaffed due to the pandemic. Part of the mountain we ski out to was closed one day and we didn’t even get an apology just a phone call telling us we would have to take a shuttle. We almost went down unknowingly as some others did. Very disappointing. Restaurant/bar on facility was closed both nights we were there due to staffing issues and the only one nearby had issues as well. No web site and no one to answer phones. Would have been nice if they told us in advance so we could prepare to cook for ourselves.

A couple's retreat.
Anniversary weekend celebration. The property was beautiful despite the foggy weather. Staff very friendly and we were amazed at how quiet our lodging experience was. The pub staff were outstanding and the setting, service and food were definitely top notch.

The condo was a little tired
The lodge itself is beautiful and the view is breath-taking. The rooms were just OK; the couch was super uncomfortable and sloped downward. And the sleeping loft was really hot.. We ran the AC unit downstairs and tried to push the cool air upstairs with a fan...it worked enough that we could sleep.

Nice property but improvements recommended for upkeep. Room reserved was a “mountain view”, the view was pine trees & limited view of the mountain treetops. Restaurant in the resort opened at 4 pm. daily. Dining for other meals, you’ll need to drive to a nearby town. Cascade Restaurant & Papa Charlie’s recommend. Not impressed with the resort menu, an upscale selection of unique dishes. Add simple wraps, pizza, & sandwiches to be family friendly. Staff in all areas were prompt & professional.

I liked the resort feel to the stay, music at Moguls, location, and mtn views. Great view but, the windows in the room were filthy. I cleaned the inside of the window myself. The mini fridge didn't cool well nor did the AC unit in the room. The hallways had a bad order. Not sure if the smell was from Moguls restaurant that was attached or not. After a long day of hiking great use of the hot tub, however the stone siding in the tub cut my foot.
