Gem in Tbilisi
One of the best hotels we´ve ever stayed in. The service was incredible - everyone was friendly & helpful, especially the bellboy in the red uniform-(he would always have a smile on his face & he´d ask us how our day went & if we needed anything). Our room features dark wood flooring & patterned wallpaper & the large shower is luxurious. The only downside is the lighting - I felt it was too dark. The buffet breakfast was fantastic - everything was delicious. We had to do a pre-flight Covid test & the hotel offers this service in-house with a reputable laboratory (price is reasonable, too). The results for the tests came in a timely manner (antigen test within 10 minutes & PCR test within 6 hours). I would stay in this hotel again.
