If you ever wonder what it would be like to spend a night on a boat than give this place a try It's great for 1 or 2 nights but for me, I won't take a cruise too small Secretly I'm disappointed there were no waves at night to lull me to sleep

A Night on the Sea without the Motion
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the S/S Bore! Our cabin was spotless and I very much appreciated the crisp linens provided. Making our own beds wasn't a problem. The breakfast that was included was by no means abundant (wasn't replenished as rapidly as needed), but everything was fresh and wholesome and we were satisfied.

Good access to ferry terminals
This place is a good location for the ferry terminals (which is what I wanted.) The staff were OK and answered my questions, though not overly friendly. The cabin, being an older ships cabin was very compact... Would have been quite cramped with 2 people. I would think for 84 euros a night that the bed would have been made up, but I had to do it myself. Breakfast is a fairly basic continental breakfast.

Unique basic stay in an old ship
Clean room in an old ship, permanently docked near the terminals for ships to Stockholm and other ports. Great character, basic but certainly comfortable.

Nice quiet location for good value. Also walkable to the city centre or frequent bus transport.

Fun way to spend time on a boat living like a sailor from Turku.

It was okay. The only thing to recommend is the novelty of staying on a boat. The atmosphere was weird and quiet, a little eerie. Not a social hostel - I didn't see anyone else during my entire 3 days, even in the common room. Strange for July, no? The mahogany interiors were really charming but everywhere was closed! The restaurant and bar were locked up and I couldn't find a way up to the top deck. I imagine a busy evening would be great fun. So really my stay consisted of being in a pretty cramped room, and going outside to walk along the river. At least it was quiet enough to sleep well. Location was fine if you don't mind a few minutes walking up the river to a busier area. Also, great location if you need to get the boat to Stockholm / Tallinn as the port is 10 mins walk away.
